RCRA/CERCLA/Hazardous Waste Services

We provide hazardous waste hydrogeologic and engineering services for RCRA regulated facilities and CERCLA sites. While the regulatory environment and the involved parties may be different for RCRA and CERCLA situations, the technical aspects are often similar. RCRA and CERCLA services we provide include:

E-21 personnel have conducted Level B, C and D investigations and regulatory compliance assistance on RCRA and CERCLA hazardous waste sites throughout the United States. E-21 personnel conduct field investigations to SW-846 and CERCLA level protocol as needed to meet defined project technical and quality assurance objectives. These field operations are performed by trained personnel under site health and safety plans in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.120 requirements.

E-21 design capabilities and staff experience include hazardous wastewater treatment plant design, RCRA double-composite liner and leachate collection system design, RCRA composite closure cover design, groundwater monitoring system design and installation, and CERCLA RI/FS and remedial design investigations.
