Solid Waste Landfill Characterization and Design

E-21 personnel have experience in performing site investigations and characterization studies on over 30 solid waste sanitary landfills including the hydrogeologic site characterization for the North Weld County Sanitary Landfill near Ault, Colorado, vertical expansion design for the Independence, Missouri, Munitions Plant, a Subtitle D permitability study for the Albuquerque landfill on the West Mesa, site characterization and permitting for the proposed Burnt Mill Road Landfill near Pueblo, Colorado.

Services include hydrogeologic site characterizations, geotechnical soils investigation and material delineation, gas monitoring well system design and installation, landfill facility design, cell design, liner and cover design, closure design, groundwater monitoring system design and installation, and permitting assistance.
