Introduction

E-21 Engineering, Inc., (E-21), is a 12 year-old independently owned environmental engineering firm with experience in a wide range of environmental, hydro geologic, contamination remediation, and engineering consulting experience. Services performed include Phase I, II, and III Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), soil and groundwater contamination investigations, underground storage tank removals and closures, hazard evaluations, soil and groundwater contamination clean-up, groundwater and material resource evaluations, and earthwork activities. E-21 is a fully insured corporation that provides services to top 500 corporations, financial institutions, private individuals, other engineering firms, city and county governments, legal firms, developers, and construction firms.

E-21 personnel have been involved in hundreds of environmental projects including investigations and/or clean-up at over one hundred gasoline stations. Contaminant assessments have included impact to groundwater, surface water, surface soil, and subsurface soil. Contaminants have included petroleum, chlorinated solvents, heavy and radiological metals, PCBs, and man-made herbicides/pesticides. Sites are initially evaluated with respect to absence or presence of contamination. Phase II assessments are conducted if contamination is thought to be present, with Phase III and IV work undertaken to design and perform site clean-up.

Hydrogeologic assessments are performed for evaluation of groundwater contamination, or to evaluate water resource potential. E-21 personnel have performed groundwater contamination assessments in conditions ranging from shallow alluvial systems to bedrock wells greater than 300 feet deep and multiple aquifer situations. E-21 provides not only professional environmental services, but also performs hands-on underground storage tank removal, contaminated soil excavation and hauling, earthwork grading, and complete site restoration for redevelopment.

Environmental science and consulting services are provided by professional engineers and geologists with assistance from seasoned technical and office associates. The senior members of our firm bring 30 continuous years of environmental and geotechnical engineering, hydrogeologic, and engineering geology experience to your project. E-21 Engineering, Inc. was founded with a goal of providing superior quality consulting and engineering services to commercial and private enterprises in Colorado. E-21 has been an established business since 1991 and has performed over 300 projects throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. Greater than 100 Phase I ESAs have been performed in the Colorado Front Range area with additional Environmental assessments and remediation performed throughout the US.
