Construction Company, Inc., Houston,Texas Project Description: This project is the first
of the redevelopment of the University Hospital site. One city block
containing brick buildings and parking lots was razed by the demolition
contractor to ground level. E-21 removed and disposed of dozens
of old buried residential foundations and slabs then cut and filled
the site to grade. Work included cutting building pads, excavation
for the multi-story parking structure, grading for sidewalks, retaining
walls, curb and gutter, and landscape areas. A total of 454 apartments
