Earthwork Construction and Remediation

E-21 Engineering also provides earthwork services including soil location, soil geotechnical and environmental analyses, transportation, placement, removal, grading, filling, excavation and soil remediation earthwork. E-21 recently completed site redevelopment earthwork services for the demolition and regarding of the Cinderella City Redevelopment Site now known as the Englewood CityCenter. This work included importation of approximately 150,000 cubic yards of select and structural soil, exportation of 4,000 cubic yards of contaminated soil, placement and compaction of 100,000 cubic yards of recycled crushed concrete as fill, placement and compaction of 200,000 cubic yards of soil and structural fill, manhole construction, sewer repair, and site over lot grading.

Other earthwork services recently performed include foundation and basement excavation, soil brokering, fill transport, building demolition, concrete removal and disposal, demolition site regarding, and over-lot grading.

E-21 works closely with ACI Services, a strategic partner, on installation of hydrocarbon plume remediation systems. E-21 and ACI have installed dozens of systems throughout the State of Colorado. These systems include groundwater dual-phase extraction, pump-and-treat, reinjection, soil-vapor-extraction, oxygenation, air stripping, sparging, and hydrogen peroxide injection. ACI and E-21 have developed the best installation crews in Colorado.
