Project Description: Working behind LVI demolition crews as the removed old two-story brick buildings, E-21 provided imported backfill soil to fill low areas and depressions from foundation and basement removals, graded six city blocks, and then seeded and mulched the graded areas. The work was done to remove derelict old buildings and prepare the area for redevelopment.
