Project Description: E-21 provided engineering services in the demolition of a hospital complex covering most of four city blocks in preparation for high-density redevelopment. Demolition included multiple brick and concrete structures, including a twelve-story hospital tower. The work was done to prepare the site for redevelopment and construction of an apartment complex and other structures.
